1. Where are you located?

We were located in Sunny Florida, but we have since moved to South Carolina. We are excited about the move!!

2. How long have you been in business?

We'll this is actually our 4th year doing business as Toy Federation, but we've been selling on Ebay since 1998 and we've been avid collectors all our lives.

3. How Much is shipping to any given location?

A good way to determine shipping is to register with our site. You can do this on the right hand side. Once registered you can simply drop items in and out of your cart and the shipping will be calculated for you. No obligation to buy, but it is a good way to check out the various costs based off of weight and different methods of shipment.

4. What does "No Shipping Methods Available" mean?

If you are an International Customer this means you have not selected the "other carriers" button next to the UPS rates. Our Site defaults to UPS. UPS does not offer International Shipping methods on our site, so you need to select other carriers to bring up the US Post Office methods.

This means that you are not logged in or registered with our site. "No Methods are Available" simply means the system cannot determine the shipping cost without knowing your location. Once logged in this message goes away.
If you are an international user and you get this error, it means there are no selcected methods available based off of your location. Our site defaults to UPS, but UPS does not offer International shipping on our site. You must select the "other Carriers" button to bring up the United States Post Office options.

5. Why Should I register?

By registering you have access to many great features. These features include, Real-Time shipping calcualtions through UPS and USPS, The ability to access all previous and current orders and obtain tracking numbers, The ability to track them through our site, and the ablity to save items into a wish list.

6. Why should I buy from you guys?

That's a good question and probably one of the key reasons we got involved in this adventure. We are just two regular guys with a knowledge of and a love for Toys. We would spend all of our free time hitting store after store before and after work and during our lunch breaks just hoping to get that tough to find figure or vehicle to complete our collection. We know what it's like doing all this running around and it shouldn't have to be this way. Our goal was to put together a personable business which isn't to big too listen and not only listen, but hear what the fans and collectors are saying and do our best to offer it or in some way implement it. This is a site by collectors for collectors.

7. What forms of payment do you Take?

We take all major credit cards. Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Arrangements may be made to pay by money order or cashiers check by e-mailing Ryan@TheToyFederation.com or gary@thetoyfederation.com.

8. What is a CVV number that is asked for when I try to Check out?

For your safety and security, The Toy Federation requires that you enter your card's verification number. The verification number is a 3-digit number(VISA/MASTERCARD) or 4-digit number (AMERICAN EXPRESS) printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

9. How often is your web-site updated?

Our web-site is updated daily.

10. How do I know your site is safe?

Security is an extremely important aspect and we went to great expense to assure our customers a smooth and safe online transaction. We use 128 bit encryption through THAWTE, and your personal information will be kept private. We have also been verified by the Verisgn which is the premier site when it comes to verifying a sites integrity

11. Can I change my order?

Yes you can. You can change the order up untill the moment it ships. You can call or E-mail Gary@thetoyfederation.com or Ryan@TheToyFederation.com.

12. I won an item from you through E-bay and also want to buy something from your site. Can I consolidate the two items and ship together?

Of course you can. Whatever makes sense and whatever is most logical is the way we run things here. If you won one of our E-bay auctions and found something else you would like that is on our website, just e-mail us or call us and we will be glad to work it out.

13. Do you have a catalog or mailing list?

Yes we do have a mailing list to inform you of any weekly specials or upcoming product, and our 2006 catalog is available upon request.

14.I am an International customer and I wish to pay by Credit Card


We welcome all International customers, but you must adhere to our International Sales Order Policy. All International Credit Card Users must pay by Paypal. This can easily be done by clicking the paypal option in the methods of payment screen. if you are unfamiliar with Paypal their website is www.paypal.com

15. Your site says you do not charge in advance for Pre-Orders, but I paid by Paypal and you took the money right away.


When you pay via Paypal we have no way of delaying the funds. When a Paypal transaction is done it takes the funds immediately. We can only delay payments that are made by a Credit Card directly and not through Paypal. If it were possible we would do it.
